How to request a return

The customer will need to: Access the «Order History» section of their account. Click on «Details» to select the order they wish to return. Select the product or products they wish to return by checking the box next to their name.

Your product can be returned up to 10 days after purchase. The product must be returned directly to the pickup address or return sender address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are NOT registered, you can send an email indicating the purchase date, product, and your details, and we will assist you with the return process.

Refund Policy

The refund will be issued back to the original payment method and in the same currency. It is processed within 48 to 72 hours after the returned item is received. It is a condition that the received product is in the same condition as it was delivered and within 10 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

The refund is initiated automatically when completing the return process; you can also request it by contacting us via our email or WhatsApp found on the home page.
